When I first read the manga and saw Crona, I thought s/he was a girl. Then I though s/he was a boy. So I'm gonna stick with a boy, cause it's cuter that way.

And just so you know:

The author has stated that he neither knows nor cares what Crona's true gender is. Any cases of "guy" or "daughter" in fan translations are so far just the translator's guesses.
The official English dub calls Crona a boy, but only because the writers (who are just as clueless) didn't know what else to say to avoid making the dub sound awkward.

I personally believe Crona is a boy,it's just cuter that way to me <3 Though,in my perfect little world,Crona stays genderless forever.That way neither fan base has to get crushed by Crona's true gender being revealed.If Crona were a guy,girl Crona fans would be crushed,if Crona was a girl,guy Crona fans(including myself) would be devastated.So I think its best it is never revealed.To me Crona is male,that is what i'll always believe <3 no matter what anyone says.

Crona has always baffled me. in lots of shots in both the anime and manga, crona alternates between looking like a boy or girl. sometimes he/she looks male (mostly shots from he/she's chest and up) and sometimes crona looks female (mostly in shots showing he/she's curvy hips.) But either way I love crona as a character and the thought and unique creativity that crona is made up of. :)
